When lights were installed at Sunken Diamond what two former players paid for them ?

I was at the first night game, February 2, 1996, #1 Cal State Fullerton vs. #2 Stanford.  I still have the "let there be light" t-shirt to commemorate it.  So I should know this answer for sure, but admit to a bit of uncertainty.  My aging memory tells me it was Steve Buechele & Jack McDowell.
