As usual, I think you mostly nailed it. I really liked the way you handled TTs fourth down decisions. There is an argument in favor of all of them. IMO the argument is very weak in some particular cases. I reject the logic that doing something that has a very low probability of success (i.e. stupid) can create a greater desire to "play to win" and create a better "culture". Doing something stupid never helps you win. If it did, throwing interceptions into the teeth of the defense would be equally defensible :-). At some point the players will ask themselves "Is the coach all there?".
