Another bill that California enacts that is more performative than useful.
If we are going to discuss admissions perferences everything should be on the table. Race, economic status, legacy, donor, faculty brats (my case) and athletic admissions. I'm probably missing some.
All of the discussion about race based admissions or legacy is too limited in scope. Can you imagine the furor if the Supreme Court eliminated admssions preferences for athletes?
