BC - unfortunately, there seem to be no other options - per Stanford Live, "Tickets go on sale Friday, Oct. 11 at 12 p.m. PT via Ticketmaster. Here's more on the upcoming Stanford concert: Stanford Live Tix Info
Sadly, I was right. After multiple attempts to purchase tickets (following their directions exactly), I repeatedly got an error message saying "Unfortunately, we were unable to complete the request on this device. Please make sure you are signed into your Ticketmaster account [I was] and try again [I did] or come back later". Changing devices put me to the back of the queue, and then it simply said "Your Browsing Activity Has Been Paused; We've detected unusual behavior on either your network or your browser.
To resolve this: Sign in to your Ticketmaster account if you haven't already [I did]; Change your Wi-Fi or cellular network [I can't]; Switch devices or move to a different location if possible [This was the new device]"
Screw Ticketmaster/Livenation; I hope the Justice Department dismembers them.

No Coldplay tickets for me too. I never could complete checkout before they disappeared.
The best seats I was close to getting was four in section 234 row G.
