I would guess either:
On Her Majesty's Secret Service, because it's the source of a few odd Bond trivia (e.g., it's the only movie in which Bond is married); or Moonraker or Licence to Kill.
BTW, it's interesting to me that James Bond, the quintessential English spy has been played by so many non-English actors, including Connery (Scot), Brosnan (Irish), Lazenby (Australian), and Dalton (Welsh). Only Roger Moore and Daniel Craig are English. And American actors Clint Eastwood and Burt Reynolds were offered the part, and they had the good sense to turn it down. Eastwood would have been the second Bond after Connery (not including Niven's parodic Casino Royale).
