It is indeed Moonraker.  I’d have guessed Goldeneye, which is fourth.  Goldfinger was second (so decent guess, PASportsFan).  Neither “On Her Majesty’s Secret Service” nor “License to Kill” were in the top 10.

Another bit of trivia in the link is that “Mr. Bond” is said most frequently in Goldfinger (most famously in the line “No, Mr. Bond, I expect you to die!”) and Thunderball.
