My guess is that he is/was frustrated as hell and it spilled over in reaction to a slimy play by NCS. One play illustrates my view re Bailey. During the 91 yd return, Bailey is steamrolled at midfield. Yet, there he is, running faster than everyone else down the field and almost reaching the returner being pushed out of bounds.
