I think there's a bug of some sort - it loses track of your IP/location, so refreshing it usually fixes it. I subscribe to both ESPN+ and Fubo. I can usually watch ESPN games on a computer or a flat screen. But streaming on my iPad is always iffy. I frequently get the message "Your provider doesn't let us show this content in your area." Which is interesting because my providers are the same on computers and the TV set. About to write ESPN support on Twitter to see if I get an answer there.
