I'm with you StanUSwagU, but I wouldn't go so far as saying Stanford could learn much from Tech's leadership. Vastly different institutions. Tech only sponsors 17 sports and is awash in debt, which affects much of what they do. But if you want to learn how to hire a string of mediocre coaches and give them ridiculous one-sided contracts that affect the hiring of subsequent coaches so much they can hamstring sports for decades (looking at you men's basketball), we're your team. Recent changes at the top (President Angel Cabrera and his faculty wife are massive college sports fans and supporters) do give some hope. 8 overtimes.....incoherent mumbling......
