Raynaud, Blakes, Sellers then a big drop-off. Agarwal is ok but limited. Gealer isn't an "ACC player" imo (I said the same last year). He's an "8 mpg off the bench because we have no one else"-type guy. Okpara most definitely isn't -- just realized he's back next year, ugh. Cammann is ok in limited minutes.
Kyle has already achieved more with this team than I hoped, so not complaining as much as acknowledging where we are.
I hope Okpara stays. I'd guess in the Ivy he could power his way past a number of bigs. In the ACC , he can't. I would tell him to facilitate only, no shooting for 10 minutes at a time in practice. He's strong, plays hard, is pretty quick for a big guy, and can actually shoot.
Admittedly I was a little harsh on Okpara, but he has a long way to go. He is built like superman but I'm frustrated that he can't finish in traffic or under the hoop that I've seen at all. I just looked at his stats, and he's shooting 41% from the field for the season. Not great for a big guy to say the least.
Looking at the team stats, I didn't realize Agarwal's are as bad as they are. He is shooting 37% from the field and, worse, 27% from 3 despite being our 2nd highest volume 3-point shooter. Again, 27% on high volume. ACC average is 34%. My "ok but limited" was overly generous. More like: "net negative and shoots us out of games." I want him on our team but something isn't working.
