I'd like to think he's being forced out in part for agreeing to a 10-year ACC commitment to poorer records for the teams because of travel.  Someone up there may have figured that out.

of course I always wonder how much lovely parting gifts play in "resignations" (if he is resigning), we may find out in a future form 990

and if I'm Muir I'm not happy that this leaked (well maybe he leaked it) and left him hanging in the wind.
