Totally agree. Every guy they lost from last year's 6-11 team was too old, too slow, too hurt, too expensive. Good riddance.

I wonder what the odds are that they trade Brock Purdy before draft day?

My guess is slim and none.  I have traded him in a heartbeat if I could’ve signed Darnold  for three years $105 million and got a first round pick for Purdy.  But that would be almost impossible to do. Once you signed Darnold, the league knows you have to trade Purdy, reducing his value significantly. And you really can only trade Purdy if you have someone to slot in the position.
