This will be last football season for many seniors of their career.

This is an ever-present thought in my head when discussing where college sports programs are headed.  College is special because it's only a few years, or shorter.  You have your time, and then you move on.  It's what makes each year so meaningful, in my opinion.  And I've been on the other side of that coin, and I've seen what happens when coaches don't respect that time.
