Just a stab, higher confidence guesses come in August:
QB: Close to a tossup between Brown and Rizk, maybe edge to Brown
RB: Seems wide open, tentative guess is Ford with a committee behind him (Davis, Altahir, Tabb, Irvin)
WR: I see Pantelis (not here yet), Hall (not here yet), Williams, and High as the guys but with this so newcomer dominated I want to see what things look like this summer, in terms of whether Bachmeier can defend his time, whether the relatively oft-mentioned Onovughe pushes, etc.
TE: Roush established as the starter, Blackburn most likely TE2
OL: Current guess is Prongos-Leyrer-Mejia (not here yet)-Pale-House with Anderson having a real shot at supplanting one of them. Interested in more data points on if Brown is ready to emerge or was starting this spring just because we don’t have anybody else.
DL: This is maybe the most low-key underrated competition as I see lots of options for what will be 3-4 guys with significant snaps. Franklin, Buckey, Rowell, Marceau-Olayinka, and Patterson are fairly established, Staples started to emerge last year, Asiain has been getting buzz for a while, and there are others too (Murray interesting, fans will all be pulling for Umeh, etc.).
OLB: Tafiti, Cooper, and Aybar. Very clear it seems.
ILB: Galvan, Rose, and Johnson appear to be the top of this position.
DB: I’d peg the key group as Wright, Washington (not here yet), Green, Leigber, Edwards, Ojarikre. Corner depth behind Wright and Washington likely to start with Morris and Nicholson. Safety is deep enough that nickel options appear to come from there (e.g., Green or Ojarikre), though I like the idea of having your best guy (Wright) at nickel and it would be interesting if we have adequate depth at corner to get creative with Wright (I sort of doubt it). Sumlin probably next safety up.
