Too bad Stanford didn't walk what turned out to be the last hitter of the year. Who knows what would have happened with the next batter. Not all walks are bad.   



Fifth in ERA in the conference, while not NCAA championship worthy, is not bad.
Counting BB & HBP as equivalent to Singles (which, IMO, they aren't), Stanford was fifth in total bases given up.  Not bad considering the pitching situation.

Anyone have stats of left-on-base (team and opponents)?  Batting average with runners on base?  I didn't follow the team as closely as many of you, but it seemed to me that Stanford bent a lot but didn't break that much.

Run differential (Stanford vs Opponent) the past 3 years.  2025: 222;    2024: 157;    2023: 170
