The House settlement money is limited, for now, to $20 million, across all sports, though football will take up the lions share due to its importance and the sheer number of players. NIL is above and beyond tha, but it is supposed to be legitimate and not a way to funnel payments from boosters (we will see).
Usually one assumes that 5% of an endowment can be put towards annual payments each year in order to maintain the value of the endowment, so that means the $50 million should be able to pay out $2.5 million annually, or about 1/8th of what Stanford can give out to players under the House settlement.
