I think this year has shown some progress. I am a big believer in objective computer evaluations and we are just a bit better. That is good.
But we still don't have a roster that can compete. That is job #1.
Get a coach that provides a bit of a splash. I lean towards NFL because I think we can start to sell that aspect of our program. We aren't going to get a college guy that gets anyone excited....
