The cooler plan is best: each team plays the five teams in its zipper half and the three teams in its region. Â In addition, teams would play Â a rotating two of the remaining four teams every season. ALL regional rivalries are maintained. Everyone gets a NorCal and a SoCal team. Â The only thing is Larry Scott will have a harder time marketing a championship game to the rest of the country.
