An Auburn men's basketball player drafted at #57 by the LA Clippers this week will play at Auburn next season.  The Clippers still have his player's rights when he leaves Auburn.

Since Ngoy is turning 22 this summer, he was automatically eligible for the NBA draft and, therefore, can maintain his college eligibility despite being selected.

This is an interesting (and perhaps good) development for those who want to see players earn their degrees without forfeiting professional opportunites, though injury risk is always an issue.
