Italy had the lead at 6:00, 5:00, 4:00 left in the game, and sank a bucket that would have given them the lead again at 3:03, but the officials called a charge.  Italy, with the ball and down 3 with seconds on the clock, had a player on the 3pt line get poked in the eye as she dribbled.  She gats a pass off but is given the ball again and tries a 3-pointer despite the eye.  No basket.

The alleged eye poke occurs at 9 seconds in the video; the reaction seems to dramatically exceed the level of contact, but of course getting poked in the eye can draw a pretty dramatic reaction.  Hard to tell for sure from the video feed, but it looks pretty incidental.
