Don't be so hard on Pale, he was often up against Tawfiq Thomas, a real deal DT (heading into the weekend, supposedly among the top two defensive tackles at stopping the run, per PFF).
As for the defense, I like what I see out of Kole Briehler in the interior. He's a really active player.
