I'd like to see FB (or the AD) bring back Andrea Hayden, who was the S&C Coordinator during Tara's last three seasons. I remember her first season vividly because no WBB player had a significant injury the entire season. She also introduced all of the health monitoring during practices and games.

I think she left Stanford for the Minnesota Lynx, but she used to have the same position with the Minnesota Twins, so maybe it's a matter of liking the Gopher State. Or cost of living.
