Stanford people don't like to think about "running off" players before their degree completion, but this doesn't work without like 35+ new players a year (between high school and transfers) until the roster is healthy and competitive. Right?
Count me in the "hate the idea of running off players" camp. So how many players do we need to run off annually to makebthe numbers work?
Can we just recruit X fewer freshmen per year or do we need to run off players because we need to recruit 20 freshmen to see which 10 work out? Man I need a shower after writing this.
Do you think the single transfer rule will make a significant difference in reliance on transfers?
