It may be a low score for Stanford in general, but I would be very surprised if many of our recruits over the last two years had scores in excess of that.
We used to estimate that a 1200 2 part SAT was perfectly adequate for a football recruit, as long as everything else was in order. I suspect it is around 1800 on the three part.
