I think calling Skov overrated is off base, because I'm not sure who is rating him too highly. I think it's more an issue that he has a lot of name recognition because of his great year two years ago, but most of the press I've read about him is more about his potential to have a good year this year rather than proclaiming him one of the currest best LB's in the country.
He still has a lot to prove. And he may not even be the best LB on our team. I think that's what the author's point was, if inelegantly stated, and I think it's correct.
As for Hogan's mechanics....well the author seems like an amateur sports fan, like any of us. But I think Hogan's mechanics are not exactly textbook.
