He is all about psych and charm.  Split personality.  Ole Miss hired him as HC because they were falling behind in the SEC recruiting race and thought Orgeron could tip the tables.  He certainly had and has an impressive recruiting record.  But at the bottom, he REALLY IS that guy who believes bullying and degrading and screaming are the best ways to get what he wants.  When he was in charge of everything at Ole Miss in three years he went 10-25 overall and 3-21 in conference play.  THAT is Ed Orgeron when he can't rely on his charm.

Lots of guys speak publicly how they loved to play for Pete Carroll.  How many guys speak with love and admiration of Orgeron?  Over the years,  not many...particularly when you consider how long he's been in the game and how many kids he's recruited.
