As much as I loved (and still love) the Who (even though they are now The Two.....), I think the best band I ever saw live was Cream.  Given that, I'd substitute Clapton for Page and add in Bruce to complement both Entwistle and Mercury, and add Baker to challenge and calm down Moonie (my favorite rocker of all time, RIP....).

If I wanted to get contemporary, I'd add in Derek Trucks to complement Clapton.  I saw Derek play a few times in a bayou bar south of Jacksonville in the late 80's early 90's when he was 11 or 12 years old, and he was amazing then, and if you have seen him lately, you will know that he is really something special.
