Yes, the Dec system 20 was in CERAS next door to UGLY. 

Well, I was close.  Amazing how 35 years can cloud the memories.  I remember there was a signup sheet for terminal access, and once you got one you could stay on as long as you wanted so long as you didn't fall asleep.  If you did, a bearded Comp Sci major that smelled like he hadn't bathed in weeks would tap you on the shoulder and tell you to give up your terminal.
