Could someone please explain the difference to me between circular logic and begging the question?

Circular logic is something like:

Why is the sky blue? Because the ocean is blue. Why is the ocean blue? Because the sky is blue.

Begging the question is more like:

Why does the ocean make the sky blue?

(Note: I actually knew people who in high school thought the sky was blue because of the ocean.)
