“That was big for me, just seeing the players and talking with them and seeing them outside of football,” said Scarlett. “People say Stanford athletes are not really social but I figured that wasn’t true so it was cool seeing them be funny guys and outside of that. They’re definitely guys I can be around.”

I had no idea that this was the rumor going around.  "Party in the Backfield" sounds pretty social to me.  Maybe he saw Martyup's Angry Nerds logo and got the wrong idea?

Do those people reside in South Bend?
