There is no way Deante Gray would have been denied other than by admissions given his speed/quickness. Kirk Tucker was a believe able academic casualty too. Farrar just doesn't make a whole lot of sense given the fact he went to the same high school as Henry Anderson and played a strong role selling Stanford on other recruits. The only thing that makes logical sense for his denial is the fact two better prospects at his position were admitted and committed, but that would be a pretty unsavory reality, so it would be nice to know the truth.
