What's amazing looking at those blocks (Chryst proceeded to take out a linebacker downfield, too) was not that Chryst blocked out the poor DB (#3 Cam Denson, the starting cornerback), but that he ran over the poor guy. It was a figurative steamrolling. And as the DB comes in, he sets and plants, and then leans backwards in anticipation of the contact. I think he saw Chryst barreling down on him and started preparing to get totally Catoused (I'd add the word "Densoned" to the list, but that would detract from a well-deserved neologism for a weenie. Chryst pushes him several steps back and to the ground, and barely loses a step. Then 10 yards downfield, he takes out a second player (#24, RJ Morgan, the backup SAM linebacker).

Every great QB career should start with a play like that one. "Coming soon to a Stadium near you, Stanford football starring Keller Chryst." And, he went on to throw a perfect fade route TD pass. My anxiety level about next season (or Hogan going down this season) went from :'( to 8) after Keller's performance against AZ.
Put a glide in your stride and a dip in your hip.
