I needed a break from the UCF misery, so I caught some of "Invincible" the movie very loosely based on Vince Papale, a 30 year old NFL rookie for the 1976 Philadelphia Eagles who played just one year of high school football and not at all in college. He had a nice little three year run for the Eagles.
The Eagles' quarterback in 1976 was Mike Boryla. Pete Lazetich also
Who played Boryla in the movie? Brian Mann, former star Dartmouth quarterback, graduated in 2002. He also acted in The Longest Yard remake. Played in the Arena Football League for four years.
