Waiting for the part where they complain that Harbaugh didn’t take responsibility for the loss against Wisconsin, and when it is pointed out that he said they were “out-coached” the complaint morphs into “he didn’t emphasize it enough”.

Quote:One oddsmaker currently says the most likely scenario, ever so slightly, is that he’s [Harbaugh] not on the Wolverines’ sideline in 2020.
....
So if Harbaugh was out, who would coach the Wolverines? That’s where BetOnline.ag has a little fun. Its odds:
- David Shaw -- 3/1
- Bronco Mendenhall -- 7/2
- Kyle Whittingham -- 4/1
- Dino Babers -- 5/1
- Urban Meyer -- 7/1
- Mike Gundy -- 7/1
- Luke Fickell -- 8/1

I saw in the LA Times that Shaw was also on the oddsmakers list to replace Helton at USC.

Well he sure as hell isn't going to the University of Seventeenth Choice. But Michigan's not entirely out of the question. The big question is whether he wants to leave or not. If he doesn't want to leave Stanford, then he's not going to leave Stanford.

He's not going to leave voluntarily.
1. His wife loves it here.
2. Shaw has significant business interests here.
3. His children have their home here and (hopefully) will one day matriculate at Stanford.
And that doesn't even factor into account the fact that the pressure from the press, the fans, the alums and the University board of trustees is miniscule at Stanford compared to, oh, anywhere. I just don't see it.
