Some striking items:
In a call center in South Korea, most employees working on the same side of a call center became infected, a few on the other side of the building did as well, reinforcing the danger of sustained exposure, indoor spaces and of continuous talking.

The first known case in the building worked on a different floor, but they shared elevators. But otherwise, almost all cases (92%) were on the same floor, in the same business.

Contrary to reports of transmission by asymptomatic or presymptomatic carriers, by testing and isolating, there was no household transmission by asymptomatic cases.

The outbreak occurred in one of the busiest parts of Seoul, but by rapid testing, contact tracing, and quarantining, there was no larger outbreak. As for as I know, the neighborhood and city were otherwise able to stay open.

Note, there were only 4 truly asymptomatic cases (which is a different striking observation) so it's not too surprising that you might not get a single household transmission.  (the transmission rate for symptomatic was apparently 16.2%). 

Then again, I believe there were 4 that were presymptomatic, so that would be 8 total without symptoms at time of test.  So a little more surprising, but only about 1.5 infections away from hitting the average.
