In many states testing supplies and lab resources to conduct the tests are already stressed and at capacity.

If you have any links please post them. I thought we were at least beyond this problem. This would indeed invalidate the idea of a bubble (or anything like it) that was preserved by frequent testing.

Check out Arizona and Texas. People were waiting in their cars in 100+ heat for many hours in Arizona.
