An ESPN reporter said the players are sticking with their demand for 50/50 split of revenue (gross receipts).   We'll see tomorrow.  If true I think the timing is bad for financial demands.  It's a consolidation phase in college athletics and negotiations take time.  There is no way a deal anywhere close to 50/50 is going to be reached this season.

With no OOC schedules to manage around, how do you not have all the rivalry games on the last weekend of the season?

This was as easy as 2011 Stanford on 1st & goal from the 1 yard line, and Larry Scott still managed to blow it.

The odds of the full Pac 12 season coming off are about 1 in a million, especially considering that we already have athletes who are carriers.  I hate to be cynical, but I imagine the announcement of this season was a calculated move to appease administrators and fans and players that everything possible was being done to hold a season--when the more realistic fully understand that there will not be much (if any) of a full season.

It is hard to conclude anything else when regular classes are not meeting in person--and regular classes do not have blocking and tackling.

Only slightly facetiously--will the home games be held with players wearing pandemic facemasks (as opposed to the other sort of football facemasks)?

And if a player rips a pandemic facemask off of another players, will the offending player be penalized 15 yards?
