To run infusion clinics for these mAbs you need space and nurses. Hard to come by right now.

The paper only reports "medically attended visit" as an endpoint, and I would guess that hospitalization is a small subset of that. With a 3% absolute risk difference, you would have to treat 30 patients to prevent one "medically attended visit".

Absolutely yes. This is what I was trying to get for my relative who got the false positive.
The sluggishness of the facility ("No, I can't pass a message to the doctor. No, the administrator doesn't work on the weekends.") was a big impediment for this. The 3-day delay in getting the PCR test back was almost too long for the "within 3 days of first symptoms" for the drug.
For my other relative who actually did get COVID, the 3 days to get the test results back made it already too late because she had symptoms before the test.
