Well, technically she did hug someone who has refused to get tested for COVID-19 despite being exposed, so she runs the risk of becoming infected.

I wouldn't give you two cents for all your fancy rules if, behind them, they didn't have a little bit of plain, ordinary, everyday kindness - yeah, and a little looking out for the other fella, too.

Ok, that's covid relevant. Feinstein is in her mid 80s so she really ought to have been careful. Not wise.
