This is the wrong board, but the last SJSU coach to migrate to the Pac-12 went a combined 30-44 (14-39 in conference) at Colorado. He had one 10-4 (8-1 in conference season) and five losing seasons.
If I were at Arizona, I would be excited if they hired Brent Brennan who turned SJSU into an undefeated conference champion this year (although his first two years were double digit loss years and this was his first winning season). But it is worth remembering that not all coaches who succeed at lower levels manage to convert that into success in the Pac-12.
