FWLIW, Bobby Grayson was an All-American quarterback in 1934 and an All American halfback in 1935, who was drafted as a halfback in 1935 by the Steelers. He went into private business instead.

Grayson was called a QB but actually played tailback in the single wing and in the double wing which Pop Warner invented. Same reason that Billy Kilmer is listed at quarter for UCLA. The actual signal caller in the single wing was the blocking back who played in the backfield usually right behind the guard/tackle split. He hardly ever touched the ball.
