I'll bet Tavita Pritchard had something to do with the Commanders' signing Tremayne.

From Bruce Feldman at The Athletic…

Text message from a college coach that I asked if anything caught his eye, “Stanford had like five guys drafted but not many wins. Crazy”. The Cardinal did have five players picked, one more than USC and UCLA and two more than Utah. The most damning thing about it is Stanford had those five draft picks but only six total wins the past two years.

Without OLine that can create an average running game and keep the QB up right, allowing the offense to stay on the field long enough for a thin defense to rest and to have a reasonable chance of getting a few stops when needed you end up with six wins in two years.

I think all of our 3 receivers (Wilson, Higgins, and Tremayne) from last year make their respective teams.

that's what i was thinking.
as for Michael Wilson.....i was hoping that i could see someone make the official announcement at the podium, like the others. but i'm genuinely happy for him.
Karty might be a second round pick next year. He might be the best kept secret in college football.
As for Moody, he’s really good and a solid Gould replacement. Really like who Niners took with first 3 picks.
Since 2000 only 3 kickers have been taken in first 2 rounds. Moody is the 5th taken in top 3. Highly unlikely Karty will be a second or even third round pick.
Niners roster top to bottom is strong enough that they can make an early pick on a kicker. Not many teams in that position.
Plus, the Niners didn't have a fourth round pick, and they didn't think Moody would be there at the end of the fifth round, so they pulled the trigger admittedly early.
