Thought he was redshirted. Well, so much the better. And of course true freshman Simione Pale has gotten quite a bit of time on the OL. But just go down the receiving yardage. Elic Ayomanor is basically a freshman. Sam Roush is a sophomore. Mudia Reuben is a sophomore.
Defensively, of course, the youth is less extreme, but even then you have players like David Bailey, Scotty Edwards, and Collin Wright all playing on the younger side.
Realistically, with youth like this it was going to be difficult -- and it's probably more difficult than it should've been -- but it nevertheless remains that you've got a lot of younger players able to make plays against a Pac-12 team. It's not *that* bad.
