Missy looks downright skinny.
Put a glide in your stride and a dip in your hip.

On the other hand, having Brink shoot a three early in the possession may not be the winning strategy.

does anyone understand that? it wasn't a rebounding foul after the shot. nunu and the screener collided before the 3-point shot with no whistle and no foul signal. i thought it was a no-call or an illegal screen; but if there's a foul call on nunu, doesn't that wave off the shot? and given that there was no whistle, can you even review a play and call a foul later that you didn't call in real time? (except a flagrant or technical).

But Missy likes to make the game about her, and she did, all game long. The shame in a game like this is that WSU and Stanford play pretty clean ball, so this isn't even the kind of matchup where calling it close is important (which is to say, I'd always be glad to see Missy call a Colorado game!). And Pac-12 refs calling it close like this does nothing to help us prepare for the post-season when we go up against physical teams who play in conferences where they don't call the ticky tacky stuff *cough cough Ole' Miss cough cough*.(01-05-2024, 10:17 PM)jonnyss Wrote:At the game, the announcer said the foul was after the shot. Unless there’s a sensible explanation I’m not aware of, I hope there’s some post game accountability for the refs

And yet still manages to get the calls wrong. Maybe she gets paid per minute, not per game.
