The offer is usually also in the system if you log on to your account. I'm sure there are general tickets available but they won't be as good as your normal seats. I would call Stanford right now and see what they can do for you. In the future, check junk and your Stanford ticket account.

What everyone said above is correct--you have to really look for those emails. But you're probably better off getting GA tickets and arriving early.

FWIW, the email I got from the Ticket Office was on March 1, and it contained the following info:
"As a dedicated Season Ticket Member, you have the ability to request postseason tickets in advance of the general public. The deadline to opt-in and guarantee seats is Monday, Mar. 18 at 5 PM PT. If any tickets are not claimed by the deadline, they will be made available for purchase by the general public starting Tuesday, Mar. 19 at 10 AM PT.
Tuesday, Mar. 19 at 9 AM PT, STMs that have purchased postseason tickets will receive an email with a pre-sale link to purchase additional tickets for the first postseason game if Stanford is selected to host."
Maybe it's not too late to snag your season ticket seats...

I’ve had season tickets for baseball for probably 30 years. It’s understood that for postseason games, the NCAA requires schools to hold a certain number of seats for the other teams’ fans. That can mean that not all season ticket holders will get postseason tickets. No idea what the situation is with basketball.

Some season ticket holders do get moved to other seats. I think it's when they are in sections the NCAA has determined they want for some other purpose. Sorry to hear crackpot keeps getting moved to lousy ones!
I was extra lucky this time. I found out late that I needed an extra seat. I had already ordered my usual one ticket but emailed the ticket office Sunday night about upgrading to two. They phoned me this morning right after they opened (right after 9am) to say yes. I got placed in the same section as usual, two rows closer to the action.

Great! I wonder if you like those seats you can move to them for next season. My regular seats are behind the Stanford bench, so I always expect to move. Pre-COVID, I'd only been moved to Section 3 or the last row of 4. Then progressively worse--underneath the flag, then last year behind the visitor's band, and this year I'm over the NW tunnel. You'd think with one seat, I'd have a good shot at a decent one. Oh well. I guess it will be my duty to make the visiting bench hear me. ?

Do the same people who handle football tix also handle WBB?
I had FB season tix for many years and the FB ticket office was always very helpful whenever I called.
