I think Sting wrote that song based on feeling of jealousy he had after separating from his 1st wife.   A dark side of human emotion!

LOL, that’s a good one; the thought has occurred while enjoying their music.

That being said, Tom Morello is a frigging Harvard grad. Fun fact, at Harvard he was in a band with Carolyn Bertozzi, now a Stanford professor and Nobel Prize winner. Imagine the other guys on that band these days.

Glad you liked that.  In re their Harvard extracurriculars, don't know if you'd already seen this short piece on Morello and Bertozzi's band (Bored of Education). I shared it with an ex-coworker who tracks H&S faculty chair endowments several months ago - it was <quite> the revelation for my colleague. Hey - you gets what you pay for..... :-)
