so it appears that if you are a lot 2 parking pass holder you can get a free lot 7/8 parking pass for the FSU and Pitt games. I got one for each game just now.
1. log into your account
2. go to parking passes for the game of interest
3. click on "purchase parking"
4. select "lot 2 guest pass"
5. "pay" for the pass (no additional fees!!)
