TAM was up 2 sets to 1, and 19 -14 in 4th set. Nebraska won 4th 37-35, now in 5th.

A&M wins in 5. Has to be one of the craziest upsets in volleyball history. Nebraska looked unbeatable all season. I'm stunned. They also were the favorites last year and didn't come home with the title. Shows how elusive National Championships are to win. A lot has to go right and need some luck sometimes too.

WHOA!!! I didn't even bother checking while the match was in progress, having already mentally ceded the natty to Nebraska - now, I guess you could say it turns out winning a natty was out of their corn-trol.....

Wisconsin beat the Longhorns 3-1, so hey, at least Texas won't be getting many Directors Cup points on us via WVB!

Wow, lots of upsets. Two #3 seeds and 2 #1 seeds. Final four features two SEC teams, neither of which are Texas and a Big Ten team not named Nebraska plus an ACC team. So we will see #1 Kentucky against #3 Wisconsin and #1 Pitt vs. #3 Texas A&M. By RPI it is the 3, 6, 7, and 8 teams.

Babcock vs Lednicky will be fun to watch. I’m also rooting for Pitt but Lednicky has stronger players around her.

Insane that Texas lost on their home court. Makes me feel better about losing to Wisconsin in four. Whew.
