A new class-action lawsuit has been filed against the NCAA, power conferences and College Sports Commission alleging a “conspiracy” to suppress NIL earnings, according to court documents obtained by On3’s Pete Nakos. USC linebacker Talanoa Ili and Stanford quarterback Charlie Mirer brought the suit forward.

As much as the lid has been blown off of the NIL landscape, there are more restrictions they'd like to remove.

I suspect some agents and lawyers expect to earn a lot of the NIL money. I expect the young players were easy to convince to pursue this
