I don't think anything changes for the top teams that lost (Indiana, Notre Dame, Georgia, Alabama). They will almost certainly still make the playoffs. Texas is now at risk, especially given their remaining schedule. In a 24 team playoff, they would certainly still be in the hunt even with 3 or 4 losses.
Do you think a two-loss ND team makes the playoffs? They have to play Miami, and I believe Miami would be favored if the game were this Saturday.
I think (hope?) ND misses out with a second loss, which isn't guaranteed but seems (to me) likely. Their weak schedule is a real issue.
Indiana and Georgia definitely remain in good shape. Alabama essentially non-competitive last Saturday could be an issue, when you look at the remaining schedule for Kentucky(!): Vandy, Tennessee, Florida, Missouri and Louisville. Maybe Kentucky is fool's gold, but I think the result of Kentucky v Tennessee could potentially get a lot of attention if the choice is between Kentucky and Alabama.
